The staff was very friendly. I am grateful for that. Location IS great, close to many attractions. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. I enjoyed a wide variety of food there.

The tram outside the window was quite loud. It made it difficult TO sleep sometimes. The pillows were not very comfortable. I struggled to get a good night's rest due to their size.
