The helpful receptionist assisted with a late check-out. This was VERY useful. The room included a comfortable double bed with fresh linens. The breakfast offered a simple, tasty variety of continental options.

The breakfast had a good selection of options. The staff were quite helpful. The location was pretty convenient. The tram stop was very close.

My room faced the street so there was SIGNIFICANT tram noise. It made sleep difficult. the pillows were quite uncomfortable and the bed shook at times.

breakfast had a surprisingly large selection it included a kettle, coffee, sugar, tea, and powdered milk were provided in the room.

there was also drilling starting early in the morning. i booked a double room but received twin beds with an extra bed.

The breakfast had a huge selection and was very fresh. The staff were nice. The room had an excellent shower.

The trams were very noisy. Sleeping was difficult because of the tram noise. The hotel offered earplugs upon arrival.

The staff was very friendly. I am grateful for that. Location IS great, close to many attractions. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. I enjoyed a wide variety of food there.

The tram outside the window was quite loud. It made it difficult TO sleep sometimes. The pillows were not very comfortable. I struggled to get a good night's rest due to their size.
